Do your coaches have seatbelts?
All our coaches have seatbelts, Majority have 3 point belts and a few have lap belts. Check out our Fleet page to find out more. It is your legal requirement to wear a seatbelt.
Will the driver stop on route for a comfort stop?
We are more than happy to arrange a comfort stop when booking but if required on the day of your trip just lease with the driver and they will be more than happy to factor this in.

How do i meet my coach at the Airport?
This is the same for all airport terminals, Find your way to the Charter Coach Pick Up Bay then lease with a coach marshall that will be in Hi-Vis(usually hiding somewhere) He then will notify the coach park that you are waiting and will release your coach. Allow 20 Minutes for the coach to arrive.
What happens with lost property?
All our drivers notify the office of any property found on a coach, It will be kept in our lost property area for 6 months. Please call us on 01273 477333 or email us on email@example.com if you have lost something.
How much luggage can your vechiles hold?
Most vechiles allow 1 stanard size suitcase per person. However some of out smaller vechiles have limited luggage cappacity. Please see our Fleet page to find out more.
Stag do's & Hen do's?
We do not offer quotations for Stag do's or Hen do's
Can we consume alcohol on the coach?
No, due to company policy we do not allow alcohol to be consumed on our vehicles. It is also against the law for most sporting events IE Football, Rugby.
Can we eat on the coach?
Snacks may be consumed on our coaches though we do not allow and HOT/Takeaway food. Please be courtesious with any rubbish, Rubbish bags can be provided by your driver.
Are your vechiles well maintained?
Yes, our vehicles are maintained in our own workshop to a very high standard. Each vehicle is safety checked every 6 weeks this includeds a brake roller test.
Are your drivers DBS checked?
Yes, All our drivers are checked when they join Regency and kept up to date.
Can i have the Drivers contact details?
No, we do not give out our drivers contact details prior to your trip. Any isses, Our telephone number 01273 477333 is 24/7.
Are your vechiles tracked?
Yes, All our vechiles are tracked and we pin point there location at any time.
Do your coaches have CCTV?
Yes, This is to protect the driver as well as the passengers.
